This 32-year-old patient underwent an FUE hair transplant, by Dr Ahmed Riaz, to restore and improve his hairline, with a focus on achieving a natural result and keeping downtime as discreet as possible.

A partially shaven hair transplant technique was used, trimming only a small section behind the hairline so the surrounding hair could help conceal the area during the growth stages.

A total of 1,390 grafts were used to restore the hairline. This case demonstrates that, with careful planning and good graft survival rate, natural-looking hairline restoration can be achieved without always requiring a large graft count.

Preserving donor hair is also an important part of long-term planning, especially for patients who may need further treatment in the future due to progressive hair loss.
